I have knowledge of denim washing process printing & embroidery. Able to carring out inline & final inspections to ensure the buyer ‘s quality parameters.

Asst quality manager
○ Responsible to manage quality system at all stages fabrication to ship.
○ Review p.p samples as per requirements and check styling and measurements with technical file
○ Check all sizes set and adjust the pattern when needed before start bulk production.
○ Responsible for quality of all outgoing garments for (CMT)stitching & ensure that the product measurements, styling , work menship and construction must match as per approved samples.
○ Perform inline inspection during production is running on the floor daily basis.
○ Perform Final random inspection before offer to client QC.
○ Handling quality issues & discussed with team to find out the root cause & Corrective action plan.
○ Coordinate weekly schedule & manage such as final third party audit &shipping schedules.
○ Key clients : Evolution, Splash, Five Element.
Senior Quality Inspector
○ Conduct IPI (initial production inspection) , DPI (during production inspection) , FRI (final random inspection) of all products according to AQL .
○ Responsible to complete detailed inspection report with required photo record of defects and witness of any related test like metal detection test , carton damage test , polybag thickness test etc photo record is based on actual findings
○ Responsible to prepare report quality up to the required standard and submit to typist same day on timely.
○ Approx. 800 inspection were performed independently for Bureauveritas in CPS department for various clients.
○ Read the different client SOP’s ,Manuals & IFI.
○ Attend Internal Office Trainings for new Client & BV Generic Protocol.
○ Experienced in all kind of Apparels and Home textile & Leather Products.
○ Key clients: (TESCO is my main client 90% of work is for Tesco in BV) AUCHAN , DOLLER GERNAL, WALL MART, Alde & Argos.
Merchandisor
○ Coordinate with customer and full fill all his concerns regarding samples ,accessories , fabric quality , time line etc.
○ Coordinate with Factory management regarding order samples ,accessories, fabric , shipment time etc
o Develop of raw material and accessories from local and foreign suppliers.
o Oversee and resolve all issues during production.
o Controlled all data & records of PO.
o Key clients: Knight Apparel , Aero postal, & Lollytop, ShopKo.
Quality Controler
○ Study Client file, details tech pack & other requirements
○ Responsible for quality and production in all stages yarn to ship.
○ Study & Review Client Comments on approvals against production.
○ Recommended technical issues & sewing techniques to production staff during inline inspection.
○ Handling quality issues & discussed with team & upper management to find out the root cause & Corrective action plan
○ Oversee and resolve all quality issues with coordination of vender & Qc team.
○ Coordinate with merchandiser regarding approvals and customer requirements.
○ Conduct Independent Final Inspection
○ Controlled all data & records of Inspections
Quality Controler
o Responsible of Quality issues of Stitching & finishing.
o Check size set and adjust pattern accordingly and report to QA manage
o Oversee and resolve all quality issues during production inline.
o Perform inline inspection daily basis.
o Internal final inspection and report to upper management.
